花樣年控股(01777.HK)及彩生活(01778.HK)與粵民投另類簽訂協議
格隆匯4月11日丨花樣年控股(01777.HK)及彩生活(01778.HK)宣佈，彼等各自與粵民投另類私募基金管理(珠海橫琴)有限公司(“粵民投另類”)訂立一份協議。粵民投另類為專注從事股本投資、不良資產投資、資產管理及產業資源整合的領先內資企業。粵民投另類的單一最大股東(持有40%股權)為廣東民營投資股份有限公司，其為由廣東省政府指導推動及於2016年成立的投資公司。該公司資源豐富，並擁有一支專業團隊，在大型財困公司及不良資產重組方面經驗豐富。
花樣年與粵民投另類所訂協議的訂約方協定，粵民投另類將在多個方面為花樣年集團提供協助，包括但不限於(1)檢討花樣年集團的財務狀況，以制定方案增強花樣年集團的資產價值，進一步保障其利益相關方的權益；(2)促進有效落實全面債務重組計劃，包括將其自身或其指定人士定位為花樣年集團債務重組的可能戰略投資者；(3)利用其於債務重組的專長，促進與花樣年集團債權人的溝通；及(4)協助花樣年集團制定可能出售花樣年集團資產的計劃，包括策略規劃及交易架構。
彩生活與粵民投另類所訂協議的訂約方協定，粵民投另類將在多個方面為彩生活集團提供協助，包括但不限於(1)制定計劃優化彩生活集團的資產及業務以促進其未來發展；(2)促進有效落實全面優化計劃，包括將其自身或其指定人士定位為彩生活集團優化計劃的可能戰略投資者；及(3)制定優化計劃、促進彩生活集團與其利益相關方的溝通及協調。
鑑於彼等面臨的營運及流動資金挑戰，花樣年及彩生活認為訂立該等協議有助於實現彼等各自的核心價值。應花樣年及彩生活的要求，彼等各自的股份已自2022年4月1日(星期五)上午九時正起暫停買賣，有待刊發截至2021年12月31日止年度的全年業績。
