中國碳中和(01372.HK)：通過碳信用資產出售與核銷助力上市公司實現“碳中和”
格隆匯4月8日丨中國碳中和(01372.HK)發佈公吿，集團子公司與西藏水資源(01115.HK)於2022年4月6日簽訂協議，據此，西藏水資源向集團購入優質碳信用資產(黃金標準“GS”及核證碳標準“VCS”的核證自願減排量)，用作抵消其經營產生的碳排放。相關碳信用資產將根據GS及VCS機制要求進行註銷，從而協助西藏水資源實現“碳中和”，達至更高環境、社會及管治(“ESG”)水平。
西藏水資源業務高度依託自然環境，對於應對氣候變化有深刻認知，符合集團積極尋求具有良好ESG認知和要求的商業夥伴，通過“碳中和”業務滿足其提升ESG水平需求的商業戰略。集團與西藏水資源本着“友好合作、優勢互補、互惠互利、共同發展”的原則，經協商一致，為實現西藏水資源的企業碳中和目標達成上述交易協議。
該業務的成功實施為集團向上市公司提供定製化“碳中和”解決方案業務奠定了良好基礎，將有力促進集團廣泛拓展香港資本市場和其它資本市場上市公司相關業務，順應不同資本市場監管機構推動上市公司加快參與應對氣候變化行動並進一步提升ESG水平和相關披露的重要舉措。
集團認為，全球應對氣候變化的趨勢和中國提出的“碳達峯和碳中和”國家戰略將推動上市公司更快成為碳資產(碳信用和排放權)使用和投資的重要羣體，集團將把握此機遇，積極拓展相關“碳中和”業務，為助力更多上市公司實現碳中和目標貢獻力量。
