匯聯金融服務(08030.HK)重申將力爭達致復牌條件
格隆匯4月6日丨匯聯金融服務(08030.HK)公吿稱，於2022年4月4日黃昏時分，公司董事收到多份來自公司部分股東(”股東們“)寄予交易所上市科的公開電郵函件(”該公開函件“)，據該公開函件的抄送名單，該公開函件抄送的收件人包括公司董事會、香港交易所史美倫主席、香港特別行政區立法會主席梁君彥、香港特別行政區立法會金融界陳振英、香港特別行政區立法會金融服務界李惟宏議員、香港各大媒體以及一間由志願人士發起的投資人權益關注組。
根據該公開函件，股東們對於公司能否復牌十分關心，股東們認為，公司的復牌工作自2021年12月9日起，亦即公司終於能委任新執行董事萬素園以及新獨立非執行董事曹海豪開始，公司董事會得以主動而全力而赴針對交易所所提出的復牌指引採取相應行動並予以逐一落實。
公司對於股東們對公司由2021年12月起為公司復牌所作出的積極行動表示欣慰，如公司於2022年4月4日發出的復牌進度報吿公吿所言，公司重視公司的股東權益，一旦申請延期遭到上市科不予支持繼而向上市委員會建議將公司除牌，公司仍將竭盡所能，在一切可行的前提下向上市委員會依規行事、據理力爭、未到最後一刻絕不放棄。
公司再次重申，公司於短短4個多月的時間，即使在客觀環境上包括聖誕節及農年新年長假期，加上期間香港新冠肺炎疫情幾達失控以及內地尤其是深圳市即公司需要進行內控調查、審計的附屬公司業務的主要所在地對新冠肺炎疫情的管控尤為嚴厲之際，在交易所上市科的配合和跟進下公司仍全力完成大量工作。因而，董事有信心只須公司申請延期得到批准，前述針對復牌條件的解決建議將會在公司仝人的努力下得以一一落實，從而達致復牌條件，使公司股東的權益得到最佳保障。公司仍將繼續努力，與上市科積極溝通，希望上市科能支持公司延期的申請。
此外，公司股份繼續停牌。
