賞之味控股(08096.HK)公佈,控股股東Brilliant Trade於4月4日在聯交所公開市場上出售3,903.5萬股公司股份,佔已發行股本約7.81%持股,平均代價約爲每股0.317元,總代價約1,237.1萬元。
緊隨出售事項後,Brilliant Trade所持有公司股份數目由約1.66億股股份減少至約1.27億股股份,持股比例由33.21%降至約25.40%,將不再成爲控股股東但將繼續作爲公司主要股東。
