金界控股(03918.HK)：高級管理層調任 Dr Chen由行政總裁調任至高級行政總裁
格隆匯4月5日丨金界控股(03918.HK)公佈，集團隨着Tan Sri Dr Chen Lip Keong(“創辦人”或“Dr Chen”)逾25年的穩步發展，奠定了堅實基礎。在創辦人的領導下，經過多年謹慎的業務引領以及熟練且具策略性的管理，集團取得了令人稱道的財務業績，並宣派了持續不斷的高股息派發。現在正是為集團管理層注入新活力的時候。公司董事會欣然宣佈以下事項：
1.Dr Chen由集團行政總裁職位調任至高級行政總裁，由2022年4月5日起生效；
2.委任創辦人的兒子兼公司執行董事曾羽鋒為公司營運行政總裁，由2022年4月5日起生效；
3.調任及委任創辦人的兒子兼公司財務兼營運董事總經理Chen Cherchi為公司財務兼庫務行政總裁，由2022年4月5日起生效；
4.委任創辦人的兒子Chen Yiy Hwuan為公司酒店行政總裁(“酒店行政總裁”，連同營運行政總裁、財務兼庫務行政總裁統稱“行政總裁”)，由2022年4月5日起生效；
5. 張競文由公司資本企業融資及投資董事調任及獲委任為公司財務總監，由2022年4月5日起生效；及
6. 陳善尊由公司財務總監調任為創辦人辦公室財務總監，由2022年4月5日起生效。
創辦人將通過提供方向及策略以及監督集團的日常營運，繼續積極、鼎力及堅定地領導及管理集團。連同行政總裁，4位將作為一個團隊共同領導及管理集團，以帶領集團更上一層樓。
Timothy Patrick McNally將繼續擔任公司主席，Philip Lee Wai Tuck將繼續擔任公司執行副主席及倪維業繼續擔任公司營運總監。行政總裁辦公室的董事總經理兼創辦人的另一個兒子Chen Yepern將繼續領導集團的環境、社會及管治(ESG)事務。
