愛帝宮(00286.HK)於佛山新建月子中心預期下半年正式開業
格隆匯3月31日丨愛帝宮(00286.HK)發佈公吿，於近日，公司附屬公司向一間商業物業營運商（獨立第三方）承租一所位於中國廣東省佛山市順德區的獨棟物業用作新建愛帝宮品牌月子中心，預期於2022年下半年正式開業，屆時預計有不少於110間房可用於月子入住服務，另有若干功能性配套用房。
該商業物業運營商為鵬瑞利集團有限公司（以下簡稱“鵬瑞利集團”）旗下附屬公司，其總部位於新加坡，是一家集房地產和醫療健康於一體的綜合性集團公司。作為集持有、開發和管理於一體的房地產公司，鵬瑞利集團主要投資於大規模的綜合性房地產開發項目，投資遍佈於中國、新加坡、馬來西亞、印尼和斯里蘭卡，物業總建築面積超過740萬平方米。
集團已與鵬瑞利集團在月子中心物業上有過多年良好合作，集團在月子服務市場上的領軍地位為鵬瑞利集團的區域醫療商業綜合體增加了更具吸引力的服務內容，鵬瑞利集團在中國多個核心地段的優良物業也為集團的全國拓展提供了更多選擇。
此次雙方將在以前合作的基礎上，在設計及裝修等方面打造月子會所標杆專案。在綜合功能佈局，現代優居風格，建築低碳環保，健康屏障升級等諸多方面建立全新的標準和等級。
該店繼續採用超輕資產模式開設，由集團獨立經營。佛山鵬瑞利國際醫療健康中心位置交通方便，該新月子中心建成後，將會是佛山市單體規模最大的月子中心，將為佛山市及周邊消費者提供高品質的月子服務。
集團將會繼續物色各類型優質物業以開設新的月子中心，進一步提高在大灣區及全國重點城市、區域的市場份額，以滿足消費者的需求。
