格隆匯3月31日丨中遠海控(01919.HK)發佈年度業績公吿，2021年度，集團持續經營業務收入為人民幣3336.936億元，同比增長94.85%；公司權益持有人應占持續經營業務利潤為人民幣892.96億元，同比增長799.52%；每股基本及攤薄盈利分別為人民幣5.59元及人民幣5.56元；董事會建議派發2021年度末期股息每股普通股人民幣0.87元(含税)。
報吿期內，公司取得了優異的經營業績，公司總體經營業績、集裝箱航運業務收入和貨運量均創歷史新高。公司實現息税前利潤(EBIT)人民幣1,315億元(摺合約203.8億美元)，其中集裝箱航運業務息税前利潤(EBIT)達到人民幣1,277億元(摺合約197.9億美元)；實現權益持有人應占利潤人民幣892.96億元，同比增加人民幣793.69億元，同比增長799.52%；基本每股收益為人民幣5.59元。年內，公司不斷優化財務結構，為實現年度現金分紅創造條件。截至2021年末，公司資產負債率降至56.76%，比上年末下降14.3個百分點。
為了有效應對運輸需求強勁增長與運力供給短缺的失衡局面，雙品牌攜手海洋聯盟其他成員，順利發佈了覆蓋面更廣、品質更優、交貨更快、服務更穩的DAY5航線產品，涉及聯盟39條航線、410萬TEU運力。同時，公司不斷提升雙品牌船隊營運效率。2021年，跨太平洋航線平均周運力同比增幅約26%，亞歐航線平均周運力同比增幅約6%；公司加大對第三國市場、新興市場和區域市場的開發力度，報吿期內，雙品牌在新興市場的箱量同比增幅達到9%。
