興業物聯(09916.HK)年度歸母淨利5450萬元 同比增加25.3%
格隆匯3月30日丨興業物聯(09916.HK)發佈年度業績公告,2021年度,收益約爲人民幣2.817億元,同比增加約32.1%;毛利約爲人民幣9380萬元,同比增加約8.2%;母公司擁有人應佔溢利約爲人民幣5450萬元,同比增加約25.3%;每股基本盈利約爲人民幣13.6分,董事會建議就本年度末期股息自公司股份溢價賬派付每股股份2.50港仙。
公告稱,集團的收益主要來自物業管理及增值服務以及物業工程服務。集團年內約人民幣6850萬元的增幅主要是由於物業管理及增值服務的分部收益增加。
