中駿集團控股(01966.HK)公佈年度業績 核心純利約31.06億元 合同銷售額約1045.31億元
格隆匯3月30日丨中駿集團控股(01966.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年12月31日止年度,公司收益增長約15.9%至約人民幣377.37億元,母公司擁有人應占溢利約人民幣30.7億元,母公司擁有人應占核心溢利約人民幣31.06億元,董事會建議宣派末期股息每股普通股港幣6分。
2021年,集團連同其合營公司及聯營公司銷售金額創歷史新高,全年實現合同銷售金額約人民幣1,045.31億元,其中包括合營公司及聯營公司的合同銷售金額約人民幣419.88億元,合同銷售面積約747萬平方米,其中包括合營公司及聯營公司的合同銷售面積約259萬平方米,按年分別上升約2.9%及1.4%。
於2021年12月31日,集團在管住宅物業項目及商業物業分別為128個及16個,總在管面積分別約2,080萬平方米及160萬平方米。
於2021年12月31日,集團連同其合營公司及聯營公司擁有土地儲備總規劃建築面積約3,823萬平方米,本集團應占土地儲備總規劃建築面積約2,724萬平方米,分佈於63個城市。2021年,集團連同其合營公司及聯營公司新增25個項目,分佈在18個城市,主要包括上海、北京、成都、杭州、蘇州、天津、福州、合肥、煙台及泉州等城市,其中7個為新進入城市。2021年,本集團連同其合營公司及聯營公司新增地上建築面積約650萬平方米,總土地成本約人民幣346.75億元,應占土地成本為人民幣230.35億元,平均土地成本約每平方米人民幣5,331元。
