匯通達網絡(09878.HK)公佈年度業績 總收入達657.6億元 SaaS+訂閲用户總數10.2萬家
格隆匯3月30日丨匯通達網絡(09878.HK)發佈公吿，截至2021年12月31日止年度，公司實現總收入人民幣657.6億元，同比增長32.5%；實現經調整後（非國際財務報吿準則計量）公司股權持有人應占淨利潤人民幣3.3億元，同比增長66.4%。公司運營效率持續提升，其中：存貨週轉天數為14天，同比減少6天。
2021年，公司繼續深化深耕會員零售門店戰略，一手抓新店發展、一手抓深度服務，在拓展增量會員零售門店的同時，強化了對存量會員零售門店的激活和活躍服務。截至報吿期末，公司累計註冊會員零售門店總數16.9萬家，同比增長20.6%；實現活躍會員零售門店6.2萬家，同比增長90.1%；SaaS+訂閲用户總數10.2萬家，同比增長64.4%。
此外，為有效拓展和運營會員零售門店，快速提升供應鏈議價能力，公司還優化了與渠道合作商的合作，截至報吿期末，活躍渠道合作客户總量達1.7萬家。
作為公司核心業務佈局之一，報吿期內交易業務板塊整體實現銷售收入人民幣652.2億元，同比增長32.3%。2021年，公司持續提升在供應鏈端賦能及協同的能力，為公司的會員零售門店提供更穩定高效的商品交易解決方案。全年共組織20餘場大型促銷活動、覆蓋會員零售門店數量2萬餘家，開展會員零售門店培訓4萬餘場，有力的提升了會員零售門店的交易活躍度和黏性。
報吿期內，公司另一核心業務板塊，服務業務整體實現銷售收入人民幣4.4億元，同比增長80.4%。報吿期內，公司付費門店SaaS+用户達到1.8萬家，同比增長596.4%；實現訂閲式服務收入人民幣2.8億元，同比增長133.8%。
2021年，企業影響力持續攀升。公司受邀參加多箇中央及省級部委組織的專項會議。公司還承辦及協辦多場產業互聯網行業峯會活動，進一步提升了行業影響力。2021年，我們還獲得了國家級榮譽12項，省級榮譽6項，包括中國企業500強、中國民營企業500強、中國產業互聯網十強、中國互聯網綜合實力100強、中國獨角獸企業等。
2022年，是公司上市元年，面對複雜多變的國內外環境及反覆發生的疫情影響，公司會始終以夢為馬、以人為本、以終為始，緊密圍繞「保增長、提質量」的目標總要求，推進以下各項重點工作：一、聚焦客户多樣化需求，加速供應鏈能力提升，加快分佈式供應鏈向總部供應鏈的轉變；二、持續深化會員零售門店戰略，加快會員零售門店網點佈局及提升運營能力；三、加大IT基礎設施投入，加快數字化建設，提升平台大數據分析能力及交易系統執行效率，優化SaaS產品功能及風險控制體系，從而提升鏈路各端客户的運營效率，降低運營成本；四、加快倉配體系建設，持續升級倉儲物流系統的數字化基礎設施，整合倉儲物流社會化資源，建立雲倉雲配體系，構建全國統一的倉儲物流系統解決方案，為客户提供標準化、專業化、高效的物流和配送體驗；五、推動組織建設持續升級，激發經營活力。
