《盈警響號》中國上城(02330.HK)料去年虧損擴大至最少2億人幣
中國上城(02330.HK)發盈警指,預計截至去年12月31日止年度錄得淨虧損不少於2億元人民幣(下同),而2020年度則錄得淨虧損721.1萬元。淨虧損主要由於去年度合約銷售額減少及確認已售物業導致收益減少、毛利率下降,以及因持作出售之物業售價下降導致持作出售物業減值撥備增加,以及於出售及重估後投資物業公允值虧損所致。
集團指,虧損大幅增加由於房地產行業的經營環境充滿挑戰、疫情持續以及經濟不明朗導致負面的市場情緒影響該行業。集團將繼續評估持作出售物業之減值撥備。
