協鑫新能源(00451.HK)公佈年度業績：推進落實輕資產戰略轉型，積極進軍氫能及相關產業
格隆匯3月28日丨協鑫新能源(00451.HK)公佈，截至2021年12月31日止年度，公司成功實現輕資產戰略轉型，"輕裝上陣"，將為協鑫新能源的業務發展新模式奠定堅實的基礎。 相比2020年公司擁有人應占虧損人民幣13.68億元，公司擁有人應占年內虧損為人民幣7.90億元。
年度內，集團加快輕資產轉型速度。於2021年12月31日，集團附屬電站的總裝機容量約為1,051兆瓦(2020年12月31日：6,636兆瓦)。已併網容量自2020年12月31日的4.8吉瓦減少至2021年12月31日的1.0吉瓦，使集團的業務規模減少約79%，集團的電力銷售量及集團收入分別按比例減少44%及45%。
年內，協鑫新能源堅定向着降負債、保障現金流的清晰目標大步前行，全力推進落實輕資產戰略轉型，公佈出售光伏電站總裝機容量超過2.9吉瓦，出售導致減債人民幣112億元，負債率由去年同期的81%下降至56%。出售回款不僅能夠有效降低協鑫新能源負債，解除了債務危機，還能保障現金流平衡，為新業務啟動奠定堅實資金基礎。
憑藉豐富的光伏電站運營及維護經驗，依託規模優勢和海量數據積累，集團的代運維業務發展已駛入快車道。目前，集團繼續為大部分已出售的光伏電站項目提供運維服務，並持續開發其他代運維項目。年內，集團累計代運維服務簽約總裝機容量合共約3吉瓦，涉及69座光伏電站，客户分佈全國各地，市場佔有率名列前茅。
此外，協鑫新能源跳出傳統的思維框架，獨闢蹊徑，積極尋求在現有光伏發電的業務平台上，發揮強大科研能力、深厚的技術和經驗積澱等自身優勢，積極進軍氫能及相關產業。集團將結合氫能的主要應用領域及市場前景，以藍氫和綠氫兩部分作多樣化佈局，圍繞藍氫及附屬產品、綠電制氫等方向，將氫能業務打造成可持續發展的獨特競爭力。
