卓越新能(688196.SH):擬使用不超5億元閒置自有資金進行現金管理
格隆匯3月28日丨 卓越新能(688196.SH)公佈,公司於2022年3月27日召開了第四屆董事會第九次會議,審議通過《關於使用部分暫時閒置自有資金進行現金管理的議案》,同意使用額度不超過人民幣5億元的閒置自有資金進行現金管理,在上述額度內的資金可滾動使用,決議有效期自本次董事會審議通過之日起十二個月內有效。董事會授權董事長行使該項決策權及簽署相關法律文件,同時授權公司計劃財務部在上述額度範圍內負責具體辦理事宜。
