《本地樓市》新盤週末暫沽18夥 一手市場有回暖跡象
第五波疫情確診數字下降,一手市場亦出現回暖,過去週末(26至27日)本港暫錄約18宗新盤成交,按周增加約50%,其中九龍建業(00034.HK)新盤將軍澳「海茵莊園」錄得兩宗成交,宏安發展(01243.HK)旗下青衣「薈藍」出沽5夥,會德豐、信置(00083.HK)等旗下的西南九龍「維港匯II」共售出3夥。信和透露,今年旗下新盤合共售出81夥,總成交金額逾15億元。
中原地產表示,十大屋苑過去週末錄得21宗成交,按周減少2宗,但爲連續2個週末錄逾20宗成交,屬高位企穩。中原地產亞太區副主席兼住宅部總裁陳永傑表示,第五波有減退跡象,近日單日確診人數回落至一個月低位,市場氣氛明顯好轉,增強買家入市信心,睇樓及成交量有所反彈。
根據美聯物業分行統計,在剛過去的週末(26至27日)十1大藍籌屋苑共錄得約22宗成交,按周跌約12%,但仍連續兩週企穩20宗以上水平。美聯物業住宅部行政總裁(港澳)布少明表示,樓市二手交投轉活躍,週末10大屋苑連續兩週錄20宗成交或以上,對上一次有此表現需數到2021年7月首兩週,指出自政府公佈放寬社交距離措施的時間表,加上股市一度回升,兩大利好因素帶動樓市回暖,睇樓量明顯上升。
