雲音樂(09899.HK)公佈年度業績 收入增長42.9%至70億元 研發費用達8.69億元
格隆匯3月24日丨雲音樂(09899.HK)發佈公吿，截至2021年12月31日止年度，公司實現收入70億元人民幣，同比增長42.9%；毛利達1.43億元，上年同期毛虧損5.95億元。研發費用由2020年的人民幣5.765億元增加50.8%至2021年的人民幣8.69億元，主要由於僱員福利費用及技術開發費用因擴大業務而增加。
公司的在線音樂服務月活躍用户數由2020年的180.5百萬人增至2021年的182.6百萬人。公司的用户參與度高，2021年日活躍用户數╱月活躍用户數比率穩定維持在30%以上，這是由公司增強全面及獨特的產品及內容供應（包括來自大廠牌及獨立音樂人的音樂曲目及音樂衍生用户生產內容）所驅動。
於2021年，每名日活躍用户於公司的平台每天平均花費約78.2分鐘聽歌。同時，近一半的用户聽歌的同時亦瀏覽評論區。於2021年底，公司在平台上創造內容的用户由2020年底的25%上升至27%，及來自平台推薦的音樂播放由28%上升至32%。
這些進步配合公司持續的變現工作已體現在公司經營槓桿的顯著表現，及於2021年全年，公司的總收入同比增長42.9%。公司亦成功提高盈利能力及內容優化，主要歸因於公司版權結構的成本優化。因此，公司於2021年全年實現正向毛利率2.0%。
隨着年輕用户的需求日益多樣化與個性化，公司全方位提供各項內容。截至2021年底，公司的內容庫包含約8,000萬首音樂曲目，包括來自知名廠牌及獨立音樂人的音樂。公司強大的音樂庫連同用户生產內容，為用户帶來廣泛及差異化內容。
除音樂廠牌外，公司成為尋找觀眾的音樂人才的天然孵化器，這得益於公司龐大的社區及大量具有多樣化與個性化品味的年輕用户羣體。到2021年底，公司為我們平台上逾400,000名註冊獨立音樂人提供服務。儘管公司的規模迅速擴大，但公司獨立音樂人的活躍度持續穩步提升。在公司的內容庫中，約有190萬首音樂曲目來自公司的註冊獨立音樂人，較2020年底增加約80%。
展望未來，公司正透過以下方式戰略性地擴寬公司的前景：透過優化用户體驗、創新產品及內容以及加深用户參與度，培養用户的付費意願及追求商業化潛力；探索社交網絡的創新，利用用户行為和音樂偏好將用户彼此聯繫起來，提供額外的社交網絡選擇；及透過與版權持有人積極磋商以及推進自制音樂製作，以更高的投資效率進一步豐富公司的內容。公司預期日後將從該等舉措中產生增量貢獻。
