格隆匯3月22日丨中化化肥(00297.HK)公吿，截至2021年12月31日止年度，年度集團實現銷量1040萬噸，同比減少14.54%；年度公司股東應占溢利為人民幣8.67億元，同比增加34.63%；年度每股基本盈利為人民幣0.1234元(2020年：人民幣0.0917元)，同比增加34.57%；董事會建議派付截至2021年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股港幣0.0528元(摺合約人民幣0.0432元)(2020年：每股港幣0.0327元(摺合約人民幣0.0275元))予股東。
2021年，受全球疫情衝擊，國際輸入型通脹及產業鏈、供應鏈循環受阻影響，大宗商品價格飛漲。面對嚴峻的市場挑戰，集團堅定推進年初制定的各項戰略議題，通過數字化營銷創新模式，渠道協同、聚焦差異化等專業化經營措施，努力抓住市場機遇，在中國中化和先正達集團的指導下，秉持衝鋒精神，攻堅克難、砥礪實幹，在各方面取得較好成績。
2021年，公司股東應占溢利人民幣8.67億元，同比增長35%，各項經營指標均處於良好狀態，資產負債結構穩健，償債能力較強。基礎肥業務積極開拓新的戰略供應商，不斷推進戰略採購，鞏固核心供應商關係，獲取穩定優質貨源，保障工農業生產需求；加強下游渠道深耕，全面推廣差異化基礎肥產品，強化技術服務與客户需求滿足能力；不斷推進創新轉型，提升經營內涵，肥易通平台註冊用户量、物流運輸量及交易量不斷提升，各項服務功能持續完善，併成功引戰。
綠色種植服務模式試點順利，商業模式不斷迭代。農用鉀市場影響力進一步提升、美麟美系列產品和差異化氮肥量利均創新高。2021年基礎肥業務實現税前利潤達人民幣6億元，同比增長18%，繼續成為本集團利潤壓艙石。
