格隆匯3月22日丨小米集團-W(01810.HK)公吿,2022年3月22日,董事會正式決議行使股份購回授權,以不定期按最高總額100億港元於公開市場購回股份。
公司會在符合上市規則的情況下進行購回股份。董事會認為,於現況下進行股份購回可展示公司對自身業務展望及前景充滿信心,且最終會為公司帶來裨益及為股東創造價值。董事會認為,公司現有財務資源足以支持股份購回同時維持穩健的財務狀況。
