長和(00001.HK)稱屈臣氏業務抗跌力強 料疫情過後亞洲及內地市場將繼續提升
長和(00001.HK)主席李澤鉅在全年業績記者會上表示,去年對零售行業而言不是容易的一年,疫情防疫限制導致門店關閉等情況出現,而亞洲及內地的疫情影響較預期嚴重,不過旗下屈臣氏的Ebitda仍有雙位數增長,顯示業務抗跌力強。他坦言女士即使帶口罩仍然化妝,顧客亦更著重健康,令化妝及保健品大受歡迎,相信當病毒威脅減少,零售業務會有更好表現。
長和聯席董事總經理霍建寧補充指,自有品牌對屈臣氏盈利抗跌有大幫助,目前獨家品牌佔銷售約36%。而屈臣氏亦積極推行線上線下整合,會員已逾1.4億,雖然去年內地及亞洲市場受壓,但歐洲業務表現回升對利潤幫助很多,預期今波疫情過後今年亞洲及內地市場會繼續提升。
電訊業務方面,霍建寧稱業務持續拓展,已於歐洲多地及香港開始5G業務,集團過去一年於歐洲進行了多次市內合併,令業務在頻譜上由弱項扭轉成有競爭力,未來會繼續以此這方向繼續發展。
另外,對於英國電力資產獲洽購,李澤鉅直言「有offer不代表要賣」,指集團經常都收到資產洽購。
