格隆匯3月17日丨力世紀(0860.HK)漲7.69%,報0.35港元,總市值28億港元。力世紀今日午間發佈公吿,公司董事會有意行使根據公司股東於2022年3月10日通過的決議案授予董事會的一般授權項下的權力,以購回不超過公司於2022年3月10日已發行股本面值總額10%的公司股份,而該授權將於2022年3月10日起持續有效。董事會認為,股份目前的成交價並不反映其內在價值及公司的業務前景,而現時為公司購回股份的良機。
