泰加保險(06161.HK)承配人擬行使換股權轉換2,632萬股公司股份
泰加保險(06161.HK)公布,接獲其中一名承配人的換股通知,內容關於其有意行使換股權,以將本金金額為1,500萬元的可換股債券轉換約2,632萬股公司股份,換股價為每股換股股份0.57元。於第二次換股完成後,第二名承配人將不會成為公司的主要股東。
公司股份已自今年1月5日上午九時正起暫停在聯交所買賣,並將繼續暫停買賣,直至另行通知。
