第七大道(00797.HK)訂立融資租賃協議
格隆匯3月15日丨第七大道(00797.HK)公吿,於2022年3月15日,上海凌素(為公司的間接全資附屬公司)訂立融資租賃協議,據此,上海凌素同意以總代價人民幣1.5億元向出租人出售租賃資產,而出租人須向上海凌素租回租賃資產,租期為48個月。
租賃資產包括2,790台主機、9,800張顯卡及150台服務器。
