國統局:房地產下行態勢減緩 要落實好對服務業困難行業支持政策
國家統計局新聞發言人付凌暉在新聞發佈會上表示,如果與上年全年兩年平均增速相比,今年首兩月服務業增速還是有所放緩的。總體來看,服務業增長還是低於疫情前的水平,表明服務業仍在恢復之中。目前疫情對接觸性、聚集性服務業的制約仍然比較明顯,文化旅遊、交通客運、餐飲零售等服務行業仍然比較困難。近期多地疫情散發對相關服務業的不利影響也可能會加大。
付凌暉表示,下一步要落實好對服務業困難行業的支持政策,促進困難行業的紓困發展,繼續做好常態化疫情防控,積極拓展新型服務消費,促進服務業平穩健康發展。
付凌暉表示,在持續穩地價、穩房價、穩預期下,房地產下行態勢有所減緩。數據顯示,今年首兩月房地產行業生產指數按年下降3.1%,降幅比上年12月份收窄1.2個百分點。(ta/u) ~
