天安(00028.HK)預期2021年淨利同比增加125%-135%
格隆匯3月14日丨天安(00028.HK)公吿,預期截至2021年12月31日止年度應占溢利同比增加介於125%至135%。
年度的預期應占溢利上升是因為(i)截至2021年12月31日止年度的毛利較截至2020年12月31日止年度增加,主要是由於華南區一項住宅項目收入確認所致,該項目於截至2021年12月31日止年度內已開發完成並移交給客户;及(ii)截至2021年12月31日止年度的已竣工物業存貨轉撥至投資物業公允價值收益較截至2020年12月31日止年度增加,此主要源於集團的一項投資物業公允價值收益,該物業為位於中華人民共和國上海市新落成綜合性商業和娛樂中心。
