暴跌，監管，中概股的未來何去何從？
隔夜美股，中概股再度大跌，納斯達克中國金龍指數跌10.18%，續刷次貸危機後最大單日跌幅。
近幾日可以説是中概股的水逆日，前天，5家中概股被SEC列入”預摘牌名單“，昨天電子煙標準徵求意見稿又來了。
國家煙草專賣局網站發佈了《電子煙管理辦法》，將於5月1日正式施行。主要內容為：
一是明確電子煙定義和監管對象；二是對電子煙生產、批發和零售主體實行許可證管理，電子煙許可證管理不新設行政許可種類，僅在煙草專賣生產、批發和零售許可證的許可範圍中增加相應條目；三是對電子煙銷售實行渠道管理，建立電子煙交易管理平台，規範電子煙銷售方式；四是對電子煙產品質量進行全程管理，建立電子煙產品技術審評和跟蹤追溯機制；五是對電子煙運輸和進出口依法實施監管。
受此影響，“中概電子煙第一股”霧芯科技盤中一度跌逾43%並最終收跌36.32%，續創上市新低。
再加之前一夜利空消息的影響未完全釋放。美國證監會(SEC)10日晚發佈消息，依據《外國公司問責法》認定五家在美上市公司(百勝中國、百濟神州、再鼎醫藥、和黃醫藥、ACM Research)為有退市風險的“相關發行人”。
雖然當日5家公司就暴跌回應，白天在港A股市場同步上市的公司股票暴跌後跌幅收窄。再鼎醫藥-SB、和黃醫藥最終收跌6%，百勝中國-S跌近6%，百濟神州跌近5%。
5家公司美股再度暴跌，再鼎醫藥跌逾16%，百勝中國跌逾15%，百濟神州跌逾12%，ACM Research跌逾11%，和黃醫藥跌逾7%。
中概新能源車股全線重挫，理想汽車跌逾14%，小鵬汽車跌逾12%，蔚來跌逾9%。百度跌逾12%，拼多多跌逾10%，京東跌逾8%，阿里巴巴跌逾6%，騰訊ADR跌逾4%。新東方跌逾10%，盤中股價跌破1美元，較歷史高點已暴跌95%。
滴滴因為還有其他小面的利空，跌得更加誇張，最終收跌44%，報1.89美元，總市值89.35億元。
