百濟神州(06160.HK):一直尋求解決方案 滿足美國「外國公司問責法案」要求
百濟神州(06160.HK)(688235.SH)(BGNE.US)公佈,於3月8日被美國證交會(SEC)列入基於《外國公司問責法案》(HFCAA)的暫定性認定名單,公司一直在積極尋求解決方案,以滿足該法案的要求,並期待保持公司在納斯達克市場、聯交所和上海證交所科創板的掛牌。
公司補充,自2020年12月HFCAA出臺後,公司一直在採取積極行動,評估、設計和推進額外的業務流程,以期提早達到相關方的要求,目前相關工作正在積極推進中。
