中國電力(02380.HK)擬成立合資 開發新能源及綜合智慧能源項目
格隆匯3月9日丨中國電力(02380.HK)公吿，於2022年3月9日，廣西公司(公司一家全資擁有的附屬公司)與廣西核電訂立一份合資協議，據此訂約雙方同意於中國廣西壯族自治區南寧市成立一家合資公司。
根據合資協議，合資公司的註冊資本為人民幣1億元，將由廣西公司及廣西核電分別(按彼等各自在合資公司的權益49%及51%)出資人民幣4900萬元及人民幣5100萬元。廣西公司將以現金方式向合資公司進行出資。
合資公司專注於新能源的投資開發。待中國有關政府部門批准後，合資公司的業務範圍包括(但不限於)：(a)投資控股；(b)新能源汽車換電設備及成套零部件的銷售；(c)新興能源技術研發；(d)儲能技術服務；(e)核電設備成套及工程技術研發；及(f)發電、輸電及供配電業務，並提供相關的設計、安裝、測試和技術支援，以及維修和保養服務。
成立合資公司能使各合資方利用彼等的資本和投資能力，以更大的聯合戰略方式分享技術經驗並探索市場發展機會。合資公司可促進廣西公司在廣西核電現有項目所在地區開發新能源及綜合智慧能源項目。
公司認為符合廣西壯族自治區人民政府發佈《廣西壯族自治區國民經濟和社會發展第十四個五年規劃和2035年遠景目標綱要》關於加強能源發展及促進省內中小城市的協調發展，且有利於集團在中國廣西壯族自治區大力拓展新能源業務，並通過擴大其營運規模及清能源基地佈局，將進一步提升其於該區的競爭力兼確立市場地位。
