據報港資基金投資電視廣播(00511.HK) 成五大股東之一
《明報》引述市場消息報道,港資基金大正資本(Chartwell Capital)早前組建基金,收集電視廣播(TVB)(00511.HK)股份至接近5%,位列五大股東之一,投資近2億元,平均每股入貨價為6至7元。
據悉,該基金背後投資者逾數十個,包括永隆銀行創辦人伍氏家族第三代成員伍尚修,以及上市公司、本港知名商賈、會計師、律師、演藝界中人,而基金發起人為大正資本創辦人兼投資總監陳惠仁,據稱他管理的基金逾10億元。
陳惠仁不願就事件置評。而伍尚修則認為疫情下多了人看電視,看好行業前景,亦看好TVB電商業務,認為可發展至大灣區。
電視廣播股價最新報4.7元,跌3.09%,成交11.5萬股,涉資53.8萬元。
