中興通訊(00763.HK):前員工被美國起訴共謀簽證欺詐
中興通訊(00763.HK)表示,日前收到美國法院發出的庭審指令,通知公司參加於3月14日召開的關於緩刑期撤銷聽證會,有關中興通訊子公司ZTE(TX)Inc.的前員工餘建軍被控涉及共謀簽證欺詐。
中興通訊指,按公司作出一切合理查詢後所知,簽證案件指控的對象爲餘建軍,其已從集團離職多年,截至目前集團沒有在該簽證案件中受到任何指控,將在法律框架下積極採取一切切實可行的下一步行動,妥善處理相關事宜,目前公司生產經營活動正常進行。
