港股午評：科技股集體大跌，恆生科指再創新低，恆指跌破22000點大關
格隆匯3月4日丨港股上午盤指數再度大跌，恆指跌2.67%下挫600點，且跌破22000點大關，恆生科技指數更是下跌4.09%，續刷歷史低價。
盤面上，中概重挫拖累港股科技股集體大跌，美團跌7.12%，京東、小米、百度跌超6%，阿里巴巴跌近5%，騰訊跌近4%；汽車板塊繼續下挫，小鵬汽車跌超12%領銜下跌，教育股、煙草概念股、生物醫藥B類股、濠賭股、餐飲股、電力股、地產股全線走低。 另一方面，俄烏局勢或影響全球能源供應，化肥、煤炭、鋼鐵、鋁等有色板塊逆勢走強，中煤能源續升超2%，5日連漲達20%。南下資金半日逆勢淨流入44.04億港元，大市成交額為820億港元。
中概重挫拖累港股科技股集體大跌：美團跌超7%。值得關注的消息是，美股、英股等市場由於當地政府制裁因素的影響已暫停俄羅斯股票開倉。若投資者有相關股票持倉，需在一定期限內賣出，否則會被券商強平。
汽車板塊再度大跌，中汽協推算2月汽車行業銷量環比降34.2%。中國汽車工業協會根據13家重點企業上報的週報推算，2022年2月汽車行業銷量預計完成166.6萬輛，環比下降34.2%，同比增長13.8%；2022年1-2月累計預計完成419.6萬輛，同比增長5.7%。
地產股普跌。消息面上，萬科日前公佈2月經營數據顯示，2月公司實現簽約面積185.2萬平方米，同比-32.9%；實現簽約金額293.7億元，同比-35.0%。 另外，證券日報發文指出，3月1日，鄭州成為第一個取消“認房又認貸”的熱點城市，但這不意味着涉房金融政策基調改變，房地產的調控基調也並未改變，階段性放寬並不意味着大水漫灌和全面放鬆。
煤炭股逆勢拉昇。俄烏衝突加劇煤炭供應中斷擔憂，煤炭供需缺口或將進一步加大。
碧桂園(02007.HK)逆勢漲超6%，獲招商銀行150億元併購融資。公司與招商銀行簽署150億元地產併購融資戰略合作協議，雙方將建立深度的地產併購融資戰略合作關係。業務品種包括但不限於併購貸款、併購基金、資產證券化、以及基於併購相關業務需求所衍生的創新類融資產品。 碧桂園表示，公司的併購業務發展將得到更充分的支持，更好地把握市場上所呈現的收併購機遇。有知情人士透露，當前階段部分將用於收購已出險企業合作項目股權，但未來也不排除收購優質的其他標的。
天立教育復牌暴跌超52%創新低，調整主營業務易名“天立國際”。天立教育今日公佈，主營業務調整，逐步將業務整體調整為與適齡人士成長相關的綜合運營服務，即圍繞目標客户提供包括線上校園商城、後勤綜合服務、藝體升學指導、國際教育、出國留學諮詢及遊學等一系列增值服務。同時，建議將公司中文名稱更改為“天立國際控股”。
