天立教育(01773.HK)將業務整體調整為與適齡人士成長相關綜合運營服務
格隆匯3月3日丨天立教育(01773.HK)公吿，公司現欣然宣佈會將業務整體調整為與適齡人士成長相關的綜合運營服務。基於對集團後續主營業務的調整，董事會建議將本公司的英文名稱由"Tianli Education International Holdings Limited"更改為"Tianli International Holdings Limited"及將公司的中文雙重外文名稱由"天立教育國際控股有限公司"更改為"天立國際控股有限公司"。
建議更改公司名稱須待(i)股東於應屆股東周年大會上通過一項特別決議案，批准建議更改公司名稱；及(ii)開曼羣島公司註冊處處長批准建議更改公司名稱併發出更改名稱註冊證書後，方可作實。
為更好的順應黨和國家的政策方針，為國家培養更多綜合素質全面發展的人才，以及促進集團的可持續化經營發展，天立教育國際控股有限公司會逐步將業務整體調整為與適齡人士成長相關的綜合運營服務，即圍繞目標客户提供包括但不限於：線上校園商城、後勤綜合服務、藝體升學指導、國際教育、出國留學諮詢及遊學等一系列增值服務。
針對集團存量的項目，公司本着對學生、家長、老師及社會負責的態度，將穩定運營現有學校，對於已在全國開學運營的學校將保持持續穩定招生和運營，對於已經簽約正在籌建中的學校，也將嚴格遵守協議約定繼續建設及籌備相關學校，切實為學生家長提供高品質的教學服務。
與此同時，為積極迴應國內教育行業的政策方針及發展態勢，公司決定不再拓展新的自營義務教育業務，而將致力於為自身存量學額及其他外部客户羣體提供更多種類及更高品質的綜合服務。
