格隆匯3月3日丨天立教育(01773.HK)公佈，截至2021年8月31日止8個月，公司收益3.45億元人民幣，截至2020年12月31日止年度收益為4.27億元；期間虧損13.3億元，截至2020年12月31日止年度溢利3.8億元；來自持續經營業務的經調整虧損4123萬元，截至2020年12月31日止年度溢利1204萬元。
於報吿期內，若干物業、廠房、設備及使用權資產由本集團並表附屬實體（受影響業務除外）所持有。該等物業、廠房及設備持續被終止綜合入賬的受影響業務佔用。由於《實施條例》禁止集團與受影響業務進行交易，集團於《實施條例》自2021年9月1日生效後無法向受影響業務收取使用該等資產的租金，並根據所進行的減值虧損評估，確認非流動資產的減值虧損人民幣10.85億元。
集團截至2021年8月31日止12個月的毛利率約為45.4%，較上年同期的43.5%有所上升，乃生均綜合教育服務收入有所增長所致。
公司為客户提供綜合教育管理及多元化服務。於2020╱2021學年末，公司向58,190位學生提供綜合教育服務，較2019╱2020學年末的約40,833位學生增加42.5%。
於2020╱2021學年末，約有58,190名學生入讀公司校網內自有及委託學校，按年增長42.5%。該增長乃受現有學校入讀人數增加（其使用率會繼續提升）及新開辦的自有學校入讀人數增加所帶動。
此外，公司已向聯交所提出申請自2022年3月4日上午九時正起恢復買賣股份。
