華南城(01668.HK)與深規院簽訂深圳華南城城市更新規劃設計合同及戰略合作協議
格隆匯3月3日丨華南城(01668.HK)公吿,於2022年3月3日,公司全資附屬公司–華南城集團有限公司與深圳市城市規劃設計研究院有限公司簽訂深圳華南城城市更新規劃設計合同及戰略合作框架協議,深規院將為深圳華南城城市更新計劃提供整體規劃研究、初步城市設計研究、初步交通影響評價研究、初步產業發展研究,另外,雙方也將基於全國華南城園區,在園區規劃設計、城市更新規劃、建築設計等領域展開全方位合作。
深規院將為公司位於中華人民共和國全國的八座華南城以其在規劃設計、城市更新及建築設計方面的能力和技術優勢,以“優勢互補、戰略協同、創新發展”為原則與公司開展戰略合作。並將正式啟動深圳華南城一期城市更新項目規劃,納入該計劃的地塊佔地面積為43萬平方米,項目的商業價值可逾人民幣1000億元。
此次合作,體現了集團與深圳市特區建設發展集團有限公司長期戰略發展思路上的高度契合,在友好合作的基礎上,充分發揮協議雙方的互補優勢,加快推進深圳華南城城市更新項目的步伐,加強戰略協同發展,實現雙方互利共贏,為推動商貿物流區域經濟轉型升級,促進雙方在創新發展中做強做優,快速實現全國重點城市片區佈局和業務擴展,共同提升雙方經營效率和社會效益。
深規院為特區建發集團子公司。特區建發集團於2021年12月30日與公司簽訂了股權認購協議,根據協議,認購完成後將會成為公司單一第一大股東。
