新鴻基地產(00016.HK)郭氏家族成員於2月底數日內兩度增持新地股份,共斥資1.42億元增持新地0.05%股權。 據港交所資料,郭老太鄺肖卿、集團主席兼董事總經理郭炳聯、執行董事郭基煇及郭基泓,非執行董事郭基俊及替代董事郭顥澧,於2月28日以每股平均價90.7403元增持新地62萬股或0.02%,涉資5,625.8萬元,郭氏家族持有新地增至27.24%。 郭氏一家於2月25日亦曾增持新地,斥資8,603.8萬元增持93萬股或0.03%股權,每股平均價92.514元。
