WAC Holdings(08619.HK)控股股東減持2,100萬股
WAC Holdings(08619.HK)公佈,於2月22日接獲主要股東陳延年及鄺保林共同持有的萬年地產發展通知,其於聯交所交易平臺透過場內交易出售2,100萬股公司股份,佔全部已發行股本約1.83%,平均代價每股股份約0.1元。
緊接出售事項完成後,陳延年及鄺保林透過萬年地產發展的持股由約31.52%,降至29.69%,其將不再爲公司控股股東,但仍爲最大主要股東。而公衆持股量則由54.76%提升至54.86%,黃文軒的持股由13.72%提升至15.45%。
