欣旺達電池增資涉逾24億人幣 理想汽車(02015.HK)關聯企業出資4億人幣領投
根據欣旺達(300207.SZ)發佈的欣旺達電池公司增資公告顯示,欣旺達電池公司獲得和諧海河、車和家、Sky Top、蔚瑞投資及深創投等共19家企業增持,涉及24.3億元人民幣(下同),佔股權比例19.55%,註冊資本將由約50.89億元增至63.25億元。
當中,理想汽車(02015.HK)的關聯企業江蘇車和家汽車出資4億元領投,該公司法定代表人爲理想汽車聯合創始人沈亞楠。通過本次投資,江蘇車和家將持有欣旺達電池公司3.218%的股權。
