中基長壽科學(00767.HK)：集團與中國若干子公司的三名管理人員失聯
格隆匯2月23日丨中基長壽科學(00767.HK)公佈，公司董事會得悉，集團與中國若干子公司的三名管理人員("相關員工")由2022年1月20日起失聯，而集團由其時起，未能直接聯繫或接觸彼等。與集團失聯的相關員工為：
● 李曉昂：集團一間子公司天行紀元(北京)財務顧問有限公司("天行紀元")的副總裁；
● 羅川：天行紀元的財務副總監；及
● 張毅：集團子公司北京匯聚融通財務顧問有限公司("北京匯聚")的總經理並分管北京匯聚壹通財務諮詢有限公司、北京匯聚財富管理諮詢有限公司、上海鈺功財務諮詢有限公司(統稱"諮詢公司")。
天行紀元、北京匯聚及諮詢公司(統稱"該等子公司")為集團的主要子公司，於中國從事借貸、證券及其他投資、金融及投資諮詢及物業投資業務。李曉昂、羅川及張毅並非該等子公司的法定代表人。
根據中國的該等子公司的員工所提供的資料，相關員工因涉嫌有關案件目前正協助中國有關部門進行調查(「該調查」)，而該等子公司之簿冊及記錄也被中國有關部門扣查。據董事會所瞭解，集團並無接獲中國任何部門通知指本集團為調查對象之一。公司正嘗試聯絡該等相關員工及尋求更多有關該調查及相關員工現況之資料。於公吿日期，公司概無任何有關該調查所涉及主體事項之詳細資料。
根據集團截至2021年6月30日止六個月的未經審核的財務報表，於截至2021年6月30日止六個月，該等子公司的業務收益佔集團總收益約55%，且該等子公司的總資產佔集團於2021年6月30日的綜合總資產約70%。
董事會相信相關員工之失聯將會對集團於中國的借貸、證券及其他投資、金融及投資諮詢及物業投資業務之日常業務營運造成阻礙，並對該等業務版塊的業績造成影響。此外，由於該等子公司的相關簿冊及記錄被中國有關部門扣查，針對該等子公司的審計工作亦受到延誤。公司正努力透過中國法律顧問向中國內地有關部門取回相關簿冊及記錄，並與集團的審計師保持密切聯繫，持續評估集團截至2021年12月31日止年度的綜合財務報表的審計工作進度。
