華南城(01668.HK)與深能南京簽訂戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯2月23日丨華南城(01668.HK)公吿，於2022年2月23日，公司全資附屬公司–華南城集團有限公司與深能南京能源控股有限公司簽訂戰略合作框架協議，雙方將在屋頂分散式光伏、熱電聯產、碳資產管理、多種類儲能、綜合能源、合同能源管理等領域，依託各自優勢，開展全方位積極合作。
本次與深能南京的合作，是集團全面推進新能源開發與管理的重要進程，依託已建成或已開工建設項目建築面積超過2,600萬平方米，十萬餘入駐商户及年用電量超過3億千瓦的便利條件，為雙方開展合作提供重要支撐。並將通過全面推進綜合智慧能源，把分散式發電、熱、冷、生活熱水供應集成化，採用地熱、空氣源和水源熱泵、儲能、建築光伏一體化等技術，最終實現供熱、供冷低碳甚至零碳化。並通過該新能源開發與管理實現經濟收益，從而提升公司的持續性業務收益。
此戰略合作框架協議的簽署，是由深圳市特區建設發展集團有限公司及深能南京的母公司深圳能源集團股份有限公司共同助力推動。此次合作，體現了集團與特區建發集團長期戰略發展思路上的高度契合，在友好合作的基礎上，充分發揮協議雙方的互補優勢，加強戰略協同發展，實現雙方互利共贏。
據悉，深能南京為深圳能源集團的全資子公司。深圳能源集團是深圳市屬國有上市企業，成立於1991年，1993年在深交所上市（股票代碼000027），是一家以發電為主營業務的電力企業，業務涵蓋火力發電、燃氣發電、垃圾發電、水利發電、風力發電、光伏發電、儲能應用及金融資本投資。
