景瑞控股(01862.HK)尋求剔除5項票據交叉違約條款
景瑞控股(01862.HK)公布,尋求5項票據持有人同意徵求,以剔除因公司發行尚未償付之2022年到期12.75厘優先票據(2022年3月票據)項下發生違約,或違約事件而導致的任何有關係列票據的違約或違約事件。
與同意徵求同步,公司於昨日(22日)就尚未償付之2022年3月票據開始交換要約,旨在為該票據再融資、延長債務到期情況及改善現金流量。公司將向於屆滿期限或之前有效交付其同意的各持有人,每1,000美元本金額支付2.5美元同意費。
