富匯國際集團控股(01034.HK)預期年度淨利不少於7000萬港元
格隆匯2月18日丨富匯國際集團控股(01034.HK)公吿,根據董事會對集團截至2021年12月31日止年度未經審核綜合管理賬目及董事會所得最新資料所作初步評估,與截至2020年12月31日止年度錄得淨虧損約7340萬港元相比,集團預期將錄得不少於7000萬港元淨溢利。該淨溢利主要歸因於(其中包括)以下原因所致:
(1)趕上集團於2020年因新冠肺炎爆發而延遲的手頭及建設中的香港建築項目的大部分工作進度,令截至2021年12月31日止年度分部虧損收窄;及(2)於截至2021年12月31日止年度在中國內地開展與演藝文化事業相關的新教育及培訓業務所產生的收入錄得較高淨利率。
