新世界(00017.HK)提出向政府借出貝爾特酒店作隔離設施 涉約700間客房
新世界發展(00017.HK)表示,已向政府提出,借出旗下香港九龍貝爾特酒店約700間客房,作為社區隔離設施。酒店將與政府有關部門積極商討相關安排,並盡快評估酒店的設施和配套作為隔離設施的可行性。
集團指,酒店將安排員工接受政府提供的防疫培訓及定期檢測,以保障員工及住客的安全健康。
九龍貝爾特酒店於抗疫初期,2020年4月時曾為醫管局前線醫護提供免費住宿,自去年3月起,則是政府指定檢疫酒店之一。
