格隆匯2月16日丨 匯聚科技(01729.HK)公吿,董事會欣然宣佈,卓亞融資有限公司(一家根據證券及期貨條例(香港法例第571章)獲發牌可從事第1類(證券交易)、第4類(就證券提供意見)及第6類(就機構融資提供意見)受規管活動的法團)已獲委任為獨立財務顧問,以就要約,尤其是要約的條款是否屬公平合理以及是否接納要約向獨立董事委員會提供意見。有關委任已根據收購守則規則2.1獲獨立董事委員會批准。
