泰加保險(06161.HK)追討12億資金不果 入稟申請券商NBL清盤
本港的士保險業龍頭、停牌中的泰加保險(06161.HK)早前稱於Nerico Brothers Ltd(NBL)投資12億元在一個海外基金內,《明報》引述消息報道,指泰加旗下附屬泰加保險有限公司,因追討在NBL存放的12億元資金不遂,已入稟高等法院提出將NBL清盤。有關聆訊將於周四(17日)早上於高院進行。
報道稱,據保險業監理局要求,已經委任德勤‧關黃陳方會計師行的黎嘉恩和甘仲恆為泰加保險的經理人。
保監局早前調查泰加約12億元資金流向,發現資金曾存放於NBL再轉至與泰加主要股東吳宇有關、一個名為Amber Hill ES Currency Arbitrage Fund SP的基金,其後保監要求資金轉回泰加戶口內,但泰加未有遵從。
