大森控股(01580.HK)擬溢價逾3%發行計劃股份進行債務重組
大森控股(01580.HK)公佈,擬透過發行約4,919萬股新股份計劃股份進行債務重組,佔經擴大已發行股本約3.03%,發行價爲每股0.118元,較前一個交易日收市價溢價約3.51%。
爲爭取支持及吸引計劃債權人,公司亦將向於去年10月27日或之前承諾投票贊成重組計劃的計劃債權人發行及配發最多1,640萬股新股份的同意費股份,佔本經擴大後的已發行股本約1.01%。
新股份的計劃股份將按照計劃債權人獲準申索佔比分配,現金代價總額1,520萬元,透過同等比例分配,由公開發售所得款項淨額撥付。
