騰邦控股(06880.HK)完成發行8731.5萬股認購股份
格隆匯2月4日丨騰邦控股(06880.HK)公吿,認購協議的所有先決條件均已達成,而完成已根據認購協議的條款及條件於2022年2月4日落實。合共8731.5萬股認購股份已根據認購協議的條款配發及發行予認購人,認購價為每股認購股份0.19941港元。
根據抵銷契據,認購人與公司已同意,認購人須以抵銷股份結算金額(一筆相當於代價的金額)的方式結算代價約1741萬港元。於完成後,抵銷同時於2022年2月4日落實。
