WAC HOLDINGS(08619.HK)公佈,集團預期於截至去年12月31日止九個月錄得不超過300萬元之淨虧損,而上年同期爲錄淨利潤約670萬元。虧損主要由於期間的服務成本增加,因需要集團承接分包諮詢服務的項目產生的分包諮詢費用增加;計入服務成本的員工成本增加;及向董事支付酌情花紅而導致;並無獲得香港特區政府保就業計劃的一次性政府補貼;及就於一間聯營公司的權益確認減值虧損。
