中國玻璃(03300.HK)擬向股東凱盛科技收購浮法玻璃生產商21.78%股權
中國玻璃(03300.HK)公布,就擬收購一間於中國成立且擁有優質浮法玻璃生產線公司的21.78%股權,訂立不具法律約束力之諒解備忘錄。潛在收購代價有待磋商釐定。公司與賣方將就訂立股份轉讓協議開展進一步磋商。
公司指出,目標公司為公司主要股東凱盛科技集團之非全資附屬。本次潛在收購將使公司能夠與目標公司在技術、市場等方面建立深度合作,是集團透過產業合作和規模經濟把握行業增長,提升整體經營效益,鞏固戰略地位的機會,旨在打造行業領先的優質浮法玻璃和特種玻璃製造品牌。
