安徽省發改委日前發布促進消費工作的通知指,將引導房產、汽車、家電銷售企業在春節消費旺季,廣大大宗商品消費,其中「安徽鼓勵降低首付比例」的消息引起廣泛關注,被業內人士解讀為「全國首個明確降首付比例的省份,具有很強的信號意義」。 據《證券時報》引述業內人士表示,安徽文件中的「降低首付比例」並未明確指房產消費,只不過是市場期待房地產出台更多寬鬆政策,而誤讀成安徽出台降低房地產首付政策。 安徽省發改委發布促進消費工作通知表示,以滿足外出務工春節返鄉人員消費需求為重點,開展智能家電、綠色建材等下鄉活動,鼓勵有條件的地區給予適當購置補貼;加快推進保障性住房建設,發展長租房市場,穩步推進「租購同權」;以及鼓勵家裝企業開展「皖家燈火」等家裝促銷活動。(ta/u) ~
