國家財政部:今年推更大力度組合式減稅降費措施
國家財政部副部長許宏纔在國新辦新聞發佈會上表示,2022年將針對市場主體需求,實施新的更大力度組合式減稅降費措施,包括加大增值稅留抵退稅力度,完善研發費用加計扣除政策,促進製造業企業設備更新和技術改造投資,推動產業轉型升級。同時,將延續實施2021年底到期的支持小微企業和個體工商戶的減稅降費措施,進一步緩解小微企業經營壓力。
此外,中央財政將繼續加大對地方轉移支付力度,推動財力向市縣基層下沉,避免地方因財力不足而在減稅降費上打折扣,以及堅決打擊偷稅漏稅騙稅,堅決制止亂收費。(ta/k) ~
