中原:去年登記一手私人住宅買賣合約總值2,367.9億元 歷史次高
中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指,去年全年登記一手私人住宅買賣合約17,469宗,總值2,367.91億元。全年金額成為按年歷史次高,僅低於2017年的2,428.83億元。去年樓市由低位回升,樓價推升,市況暢旺。發展商趁熱潮積極售樓,推高一手買賣金額。 他表示,去年第4季,登記一手私人住宅買賣合約4,635宗,總值574.73億元。第3季有4,646宗,616.20億元。第2季有4,544宗,733.02億元。數字連續三個季度高企,反映一手樓市連續暢旺。 另外,去年登記金額較高的項目包括「柏傲莊」三期的127.16億元(847宗)、「揚海」的136.26億元(624宗)、「Wetland Seasons Bay」一期的82.35億元(1,136宗)。至於年主要發展商旗下一手樓宇銷售登記包括新地(00016.HK)的304.51億元(2,626宗);會德豐的220.88億元(1,348宗);及新世界(00017.HK)的215.15億元(1,152宗)。
