據報騰訊(00700.HK)收購小米(01810.HK)旗下黑鯊科技尚處洽談中
內媒引述行業人士報道指,騰訊(00700.HK)就收購小米集團(01810.HK)旗下黑鯊科技目前尚處於洽談當中,一方面如果收購落定,黑鯊併入騰訊PCG或CSIG或是其他業務部門尚無定論,另一方面,互聯網巨頭投融資是否有重大趨勢變化仍需觀察。
早前有報道指,騰訊準備斥資27億元人民幣收購黑鯊科技。收購後,黑鯊科技將放棄原有的手機業務,將業務核心轉向VR/AR技術。騰訊提供內容,黑鯊提供VR硬件入口。
